Grant of License

Upon becoming a member of Jonmaymakes membership plan on Printables.com, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the original 3D models provided in the plan for commercial purposes, subject to the following terms.

Permitted Use

You are permitted to use the Models solely to create physical prints and sell them to third parties.

Usage Restrictions

1. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available my digital files.

2. You are prohibited from using the 3D models for defamatory, offensive, or unlawful purposes.

3. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Models.

4. You must not use the Models in any manner that infringes upon my intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.

5. The license granted herein cannot be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights

I retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Models, which shall remain my exclusive property.

Warranties and Liability

The Models are provided "as is," and I am not liable for any damages arising from their use.

Termination

This license will remain active as long as you maintain an active membership (commercial use plan). I reserve the right to terminate the license for breach of terms or if the membership is canceled or expired.

Updates and Modifications
