What are your delivery times?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What is your return policy?
We accept domestic returns. You can find full instructions on our Return Policy page.
My item arrived broken or didn't arrive — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us using our Contact page and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lamps
What kind of bulb can I use in my lamp?
Your lamp comes with a warm white bulb, but it's compatible with most standard E26 LED bulbs, the same kind you'd find at any hardware store.
How do I care for my lamp?
Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dust or fingerprints, a lightly dampened cloth works great. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.
Are the lamps durable?
Yes. These are designed to be kept, not replaced. If something ever breaks, the lamps are designed with repair in mind so you can fix it rather than toss it. Reach out and we'll find a solution to keep your lamp glowing.
Is this a good gift?
Really good, actually. It's the kind of thing people don't buy for themselves but love when they receive. Every lamp ships in paper packaging and arrives ready to give. If you're not sure which to pick, the Dollop is a crowd-pleaser.
3D printing & materials
How does 3D printing work?
Think of it like icing a cake with a piping bag! A nozzle extrudes melted plastic along a path, layer by layer, until your design takes shape. It can be mesmerizing watching the machine at work!
What filament materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA but we also use PETG for it's transparent qualities.
Will I be able to see the layer lines?
Up close, yes. The fine ridges and texture are a natural result of the 3D printing process. They catch the light in interesting ways. It's not a flaw. It's what makes yours yours.
Print it yourself
Can I print one of your lamps myself?
Yes. My designs are available as downloadable print files on Printables. If you have a printer at home, you choose the material, the color, and you get it the same day.
Find the files at Printables.
