Shipping
All items in our shop are made-to-order, meaning your piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $100.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment at the original purchase price.
