Jon May Makes - 3D Model Commercial Use Licensing Terms

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

Grant of License

As an active member of the Jonmaymakes membership plan on Printables.com, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the exclusive member models ("the Models") for commercial purposes under the terms below.

Permitted Use

  • You may create physical prints of the Models and sell them to third parties on any platform.

  • There is no limit on print volume.

  • You may make adjustments necessary for printing, such as scaling, slicing, supports, and minor fit changes.

  • If a Model is updated, you may continue printing older versions. Older versions remain available on Printables.

Restrictions

  1. My digital files are never for resale. You may not resell, share, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available the digital files in any form.

  2. You may not redesign, remix, or create new models based on the Models.

  3. You may not use the Models for defamatory, offensive, or unlawful purposes.

  4. You may not use the Models in any manner that infringes my intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.

  5. This license cannot be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights

I retain all intellectual property rights in and to the Models, which shall remain my exclusive property.

Warranties and Liability

The Models are provided "as is," and I am not liable for any damages arising from their use.

Termination

This license will remain active as long as you maintain an active membership (commercial use plan). I reserve the right to terminate the license for breach of terms or if the membership is canceled or expired.

Updates and Modifications

I reserve the right to update these terms. Active members will be notified when changes are made. The latest version can always be found at jonmaymakes.com/pages/licenses-commercial3d
